Our commitment to an accessible website

SS Design Media is a web design and local SEO studio based in Statesville, North Carolina. We believe every visitor should be able to find information, contact us and request a proposal without unnecessary barriers.

What we aim for

We work toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our website. That means readable text with sufficient contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation and forms, clear labels and headings, meaningful alternative text for images, and respect for reduced-motion preferences. We are improving and evaluating accessibility as we go, with specialist testing still to be completed as applicable. We do not claim full conformance or certification.

Where we are now

We have a skip-to-content link, keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus indicators, associated labels and error messages on our forms, and reduced-motion handling for animation. Third-party services embedded on the site, such as the booking calendar, are not yet fully evaluated and may have their own accessibility limitations outside our control.

Report a barrier

If something on this site is hard to use with a keyboard, screen reader, voice control or another assistive technology, tell us. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.

When you write, please include the affected page URL, the issue you ran into and, if helpful, the assistive technology and device you were using. Steven reads accessibility reports and replies personally.
