Where local websites lose the customer

Most small business websites don't fail because they look dated. They fail at one of three points between a search and a booked job.

Point 1

Nearby buyers can't find you

If you're missing from the map results, or there's no page for the exact service someone searched, the call goes to whoever does show up.

Point 2

Visitors can't tell if you're right

No prices, no proof and no obvious next step. People leave to keep comparing.

Point 3

Inquiries wait too long for a reply

A form that lands in an inbox nobody checks until tonight. By then the customer has called the next company on the list.

We fix all three: the search, the website and the follow-up, in one place.

What we do

Hire us for one piece or the whole path. Each service has its own page with the details, the process and straight answers to common questions.

  • Mobile-first design and build
  • Search setup: titles, descriptions, structured data, speed

How a project works

Four steps from the first conversation to a site that's live and answering leads.

  1. Step 1

Pages, messaging, platform and how every lead should be handled, agreed before design starts. You get a written proposal, not a guess.

  3. Step 3

    Design and build

Mobile-first design, search setup and forms wired to follow-up. You review everything before it goes live.

  4. Step 4

Questions? Here are straight answers

How much does a website cost?

Drag-and-drop sites start at $1,500, custom AI-built sites at $2,500, WordPress sites at $2,800 and online stores at $4,500, each including five pages. Extra pages, custom design, copywriting and features add to that. The instant estimate on this site prices your exact scope in about two minutes.

How long does a new website take?

A five-page drag-and-drop or custom AI-built site typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, WordPress 4 to 5 weeks and an online store 5 to 7 weeks. The clock starts when we have your content and logins. More pages, custom design or copywriting add time, and the estimate shows a timeline for your scope.

Which kind of website should I choose?

Choose drag-and-drop if you want to edit the site yourself, custom AI-built if you need custom design or interactive tools like quote calculators, WordPress if you publish a lot of content or your team already knows it, and an online store if you sell products. If you're not sure, we'll recommend one on a call and explain why.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes, with a drag-and-drop or WordPress site. Custom AI-built sites are edited by us, either as you need changes or through a managed support plan.

What is the Savvy Sales System and what does it cost?

It is the CRM and follow-up platform behind our sites, run with Jen Schneider's Savvy Sales Strategist. Forms, calls, texts, bookings and review requests all land in one place, and every lead gets an answer within minutes. Plans start at $297 a month plus a $597 setup fee, with a 14-day trial.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Nobody honest can, because Google decides rankings. We fix your Google Business Profile and listings, build real service and market pages, and report what changes in calls, forms and visibility.

Can you fix my current website instead of rebuilding it?

Often, yes. For WordPress sites we diagnose the real problem first, whether that's speed, plugins, hosting or structure, and tell you plainly whether a repair or a rebuild makes more sense.

Do you only work with Statesville businesses?

No. We're based in Statesville and work with businesses across Iredell County, Mooresville and Lake Norman, Hickory, Salisbury, Concord and Charlotte. Projects outside the area work the same way, by video call.

Who will I actually work with?

Steven Schneider, the founder. He leads strategy, design and the build on every project. Specialist collaborators join only where a project needs them, such as advanced integrations or copywriting.
