Welcome to SS Design Media! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (ssdesignmedia.com) and our services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Services Offered

SS Design Media provides services including, but not limited to, web design, SEO, content creation, and branding. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in project proposals or agreements.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required upfront to begin the project.
  • The deposit is non-refundable once work begins. If the client cancels the project before any work starts, a full refund will be issued.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final assets.

3. Ownership of Deliverables

  • WordPress Websites: Upon final payment, ownership of the WordPress website is transferred to the client. The client may host their site with another provider if desired.
  • Savvy Sales System Websites: Ownership of the website design and content is transferred to the client upon final payment. However, due to platform limitations, the site cannot be transferred to another hosting provider unless the provider also uses a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel.
  • Logos and Branding: Upon final payment, ownership of logos and branding deliverables is transferred to the client, and a certificate of ownership is provided.

4. Hosting and Third-Party Tools

  • Hosting for WordPress Websites: WordPress sites are hosted on Cloudways servers. SS Design Media is not responsible for downtime, server performance, or security issues related to the hosting provider.
  • Hosting for Savvy Sales System Websites: Websites built on the Savvy Sales System platform are hosted on Google Cloud Platform. SS Design Media is not responsible for hosting issues or disruptions caused by GoHighLevel or Google Cloud.
  • Third-Party Integrations: SS Design Media may integrate third-party tools into client websites. We are not responsible for future performance issues, security risks, or changes made to these tools by their developers.

5. Cancellations and Revisions

  • If the client cancels a project after work has begun, the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but the client will receive any completed deliverables up to the cancellation point.
  • Revision policies will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SS Design Media is not liable for:

  • Losses resulting from hosting provider issues, third-party integrations, or changes made by the client.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
